Terms and Conditions of Use
General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GoCicero application, provided by Daniele Di Gregorio, VAT no. 13131880018, registered office at Via Villarbasse 12 - 10138 Turin (TO), Italy, and of the website www.gocicero.it. By accessing or using GoCicero, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.
Definitions
- App: the GoCicero mobile application
- User: anyone who accesses, installs or uses the App
- Service: the features and content offered through GoCicero
- Experience: the game trail, treasure hunt or interactive activity purchasable via quote
Subject of the service
GoCicero offers individual and group game experiences designed to reveal the hidden sides of cities through puzzles, riddles and interactive trails, built on request via quote.
Quote request and booking
Requesting a quote through the online calculator does not constitute a binding booking: the experience is considered confirmed only after mutual acceptance of the pricing terms communicated by GoCicero.
Withdrawal and changes
The conditions for withdrawal, rescheduling or refund are communicated at the time each experience is confirmed and may vary depending on the date, group and type of event.
User responsibility
The user agrees to use the App and take part in the experiences in compliance with the law, their own and others' safety, and public decorum.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Turin, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
