Fill in the form with name, address and a contact: we call you to get to know each other and see how you fit into our routes.
Set your menu
Choose the drinks, food and activities to offer groups, like a spritz, a sharing board or a game of darts, and together we agree a discounted per-person price.
Join the routes
Once the agreement is signed and your payment account is active, your venue becomes a stop in GoCicero experiences in Turin.
Scan and get paid
The group arrives and shows the QR from the app, you scan it with GC Partners and serve. A few minutes later they move on, and payment starts with the scan.

Today we mostly play in San Salvario, but we welcome applications from all over the city for upcoming routes.
A bar ready for groups
Bars, pubs, cocktail bars, beer halls and venues with darts, pool or beer pong: rather than free tables, you need to serve a group arriving all at once, quickly.
Discounted per-person prices
A dedicated menu with prices per person, VAT included, designed for group orders, and allergens listed for each item.
VAT number and bank account
Needed to sign the agreement and receive payments for what you serve directly into your account.
Questions from venues
Nothing. There are no joining costs, fees or commission on what you serve: you receive the full agreed price. GoCicero earns on organising the experience, which it charges directly to customers.
Because we work on volume: we don't bring you a customer ordering one drink, but a group ordering twenty at once. The discounted rate keeps experiences affordable and lets us offer your venue to more groups.
In most cases, no. The stop is fairly short: the group collects its items, maybe plays a challenge, and heads off to the next stop. How long depends on the type of experience, but it stays an extra flow on top of your usual business, without taking seats from people who sit down.
Customers pay for their items at purchase and payments go through Stripe. The transfer to your account starts when you scan the group's code; items not collected on the day of the event are transferred to you in the following business days.
Items already sold and not collected on the day of the event are paid to you anyway. The same applies when a participant turns down their item at the bar.
Yes: you propose the items and activities, then together we agree a discounted per-person price. Our team reviews the menu before publishing it in the routes, and you can request changes whenever you like from the GC Partners app.
Of course. Planned closures are reported in the app at least 7 days in advance; for an emergency you can close for the day with one tap. We handle any bookings on those days with the customers.
Very little: at the bar they just scan the QR the group shows from the GoCicero app and serve what appears on screen. For alcoholic drinks the app reminds them to check age and lets them swap in a non-alcoholic option.
For now GoCicero experiences take place in Turin. You can still apply: we'll keep your request for when we reach your area.
